Events are invite only

All event details will be sent via email to those on our email chain. Most events will have a maximum capacity and will require an RSVP.

Receiving Event Invites

Email your “intake document” to RMICteam@RMIC-CO.org

We take a look at this intake to ensure we have the equipment and staff to safely accommodate needs. We also ensure individuals are within age range to keep the groups appropriate.

Email your signed waiver and release form(s)

Once we have emailed confirming we have accommodations for you to safely participate in events, we will add you to the list to receive emails regarding upcoming events. A waiver must be submitted PRIOR to any event you plan to attend.

RSVP!

We like to keep our groups relatively small and manageable which means events will have limited spots. Please RSVP to any events you wish to attend as we cannot allow walk-ins for most events.

Intake Document

In order to get to know you better and insure everyone’s safety, we ask that you complete an intake document and submit it to us via email. This document goes over pertinent information such as diagnoses, special considerations, and medical restrictions.

Photo Release Form

We love to spread the word of our mission and events we host. We do this by taking photos and sharing them online. So we would greatly appreciate you signing a photo release form. However, this is optional and privacy will be respected if you chose not to sign.

Waiver

In order to participate in our events, we would ask you to fill out a waiver/ release of liability form.

Want to become a volunteer?

If you would like to become a volunteer, please send an email to volunteer@RMIC-CO.org with your name, age, and some background information. If you have experience with special needs individuals, please detail. If you are a good fit, you will be added to the volunteer email chain and will have the opportunity to accept invites to volunteer at upcoming events.
