We Are Rocky Mountain Inclusive Connections!

We are a Christian-based nonprofit organization started in March of 2024. We started to help bridge the gap that exists for young adults with special needs transitioning from high school to young adulthood. Our founders have all experienced firsthand how difficult this transition can be and how the lack of support with social skills and life skills training impacts and limits these individuals. For this reason, we started RMIC to support this demographic of young adults from 18 to 38. Our aim is to support this transition into adulthood by providing social opportunities and practical skills training. We believe these individuals deserve the opportunity to create meaningful connections, form relationships, find jobs, and learn to live with greater independence.

Building Skills. Changing Lives.

Donor Spotlight

We are beyond honored to have received Eastern Colorado Bank’s 2024 Giving Back Grant! Thanks to their generous support, we’re excited to announce a series of special events for this upcoming 2025 new year. These events will include our second parent conference, workshops on financial and money management skills, employment readiness, job fair, and much more! We’ll also be hosting some fun social events to bring our RMIC community together.

Our mission has always been to empower individuals in our special needs community by building skills and changing lives. We are deeply grateful to Eastern Colorado Bank for joining us in this important work and helping us continue to make a positive impact.

With heartfelt gratitude,

The RMIC team
